Wellesley Nursery School in the Hills is a nurturing and warm place where the Director and Teachers clearly love what they do. This is apparent through the way they have cared for, taught and encouraged our daughter to be her best self as a friend and learner. The school is inviting and spacious, and very thoughtfully laid out from the classrooms, to the indoor play-space and the wonderful playground with something for every child. Our daughter has loved the opportunity to spend time in these different spaces with her classmates and those children in other classes as well. She has thrived here and we, as a family, feel incredibly lucky to be part of this community and look forward to our next daughter joining in the Fall!

We couldn’t be happier with having our daughter at WNSH. For a child who typically takes a while to warm up in new situations, she quickly acclimated and formed amazing friendships with her entire class right away. My husband and I have been thrilled to see a lot of growth in her confidence and independence over the last year. The curriculum meets the exact expectations we had, and the teachers do a wonderful job in encouraging curiosity and learning. The school goes above and beyond to communicate with the families so that we are always in the loop about what is going on in the classroom as well as individually with our daughter. We can’t wait for our other children to start at WNSH!

Our son has attended WNSH for the past three years (PS2, PK, TK), and our daughter just finished her first year (PS1) and will attend WNSH for the next 1-2 years. The director and teachers at WNSH are a gift and create a warm and loving environment and make every day special for the students. They instill kindness and a love for learning, which has ignited a true passion to want to learn in both of our children.

When it comes to academic foundation, the program transforms a child on their journey throughout the year and fully prepares them for the year to follow. The creativity and effort that goes into each lesson and theme are unmatched and every class makes learning fun and exciting. The teachers fully support each child's needs and help them overcome obstacles, while they also build up confidence and encourage independence. WNSH has been a blessing for our family and the strong community feel has fostered friendships between the children and parents that we know will last a lifetime

After interviewing many other preschools in the area, we knew that WNSH would be the right fit for our family. Our initial feeling was that the children were having fun and were genuinely happy to be at school. After 4 years, we continue to be very pleased with our decision. The teachers have all been caring and nurturing, yet give children the independence and confidence they need to grow at their own pace. Our children have been in 3 of the 4 classrooms at WNSH, and each of the teachers has created a learning environment that keeps our children engaged and excited. We are proud to be part of the WNSH community, and recommend it to every family we meet.
